As one true OG  Litecoin   enthusiast, I wanted to test the site, or better, the NFT marketplace  Liteverse.io  since its launch in 2022. At first, I claimed Litecoin Summit collectors NFT. But, for several reasons, the test of minting my first NFT got a bit delayed. But now I finally have the time and the need to make use of it for a larger cause. I am sad I procrastinated a little. As it would have been a great honor to be the first one to give it a try, but given my lack of technical skills to use just code to mint outside of a marketplace, waiting was a great idea since the site is super user-friendly and it's quality has improved considerably. I would say Liteverse.io is ready for the mainstream. Minting on it or acquiring an NFT on the Litecoin network is now a Piece of cake! Missing Crypto Events - Flashback Litecoin Booth LA Blockchain Week 2019

I am truly missing the energy of Cryptocurrency Events and Meet ups. Last year I had the pleasure of attending several events and was able to learn and absorb so much. However this year I am sad that all the Crypto conferences that I was planning to attend were cancelled until further noticed.  Happy that some have converted to online format, at least for the year of 2020 as the world combats the Covid-19 pandemic. 

Online crypto conferences are great and are becoming quite interactive these days. But I must say it is truly not the same as the physical experience. So I decided to go back to 2019 and cherish some of the conferences I attended by showcasing some special moments I experienced alone or as a group.

The first video below was recorded by Peter Weisbrot (LTC creative) during the Crypto Summit Invest, LA Blockchain Week 2019 and originally showcased in the Litecoin Foundation Youtube channel. It is short, fun and to the point showcasing the Litecoin-Foundation in action! For it I made sure to translate the headline and most relevant information to Portuguese and published it on my LBRY (Portuguese) channel for additional awareness since the video on YouTube only received 800 views up to now. 

I always like to highlight the work the Litecoin Foundation and its volunteers are doing to educate the public about Litecoin and its current developments. Conventions and events are truly a great method to distribute information and have the interested public experience the technology. While that may not be possible right away I sure hope that crypto events such as Crypto Summit Invest now rebranded as LA blockchain Summit and occurring online later this year, The Litecoin Summit, Consensus & others start coming back in a physical brick to mortar format in the near future. I miss having interactions with this great community of innovators and learning from the pros. For now I will keep in touch and active online as I have been blogging a lot and signing up to attend as many online conferences as I can. Hope to catch up with you on the next one!  All I know is that there is so much being developed in the industry and the energy seams to be building up in the crypto community.
