As one true OG  Litecoin   enthusiast, I wanted to test the site, or better, the NFT marketplace  Liteverse.io  since its launch in 2022. At first, I claimed Litecoin Summit collectors NFT. But, for several reasons, the test of minting my first NFT got a bit delayed. But now I finally have the time and the need to make use of it for a larger cause. I am sad I procrastinated a little. As it would have been a great honor to be the first one to give it a try, but given my lack of technical skills to use just code to mint outside of a marketplace, waiting was a great idea since the site is super user-friendly and it's quality has improved considerably. I would say Liteverse.io is ready for the mainstream. Minting on it or acquiring an NFT on the Litecoin network is now a Piece of cake! China Digital YUAN now has an Expiration Date 😮

China continues to solidify its plans to create a sovereign global digital currency, and is well ahead of other countries. After implementing Digital Yuan in the city of Shenzen and others as expected, China continues to expand the program, with it including new programmable tools that aim to stimulate the country's economy.


In addition, China has been seeking global approval. According to Zero Hedge, one thing was still missing: a seal of approval from the guardian not only of the global payment system, but of the protector of the dollar reserve system, SWIFT. "


But approval was already reported by China in February 2021. "SWIFT, the global system for financial messaging and international payments, established a joint venture with the Chinese central bank's digital currency research institute and clearing center in a sign that China is exploring the global use of its planned digital yuan."


It remains to be seen whether the global population is aware of the programmable qualities already embedded in this money format or whether this information will simply go unnoticed. Will we have even less autonomy and control over our money?
