Time flies and it has already been 1 year since I first downloaded the Brave Browser in my desktop computer. For me the advantages of using Brave were so great that there was no going back. Over the course of 1 year I was able to earn a fair amount of BAT tokens in few different ways. In this article I will make sure to highlight my earnings as well as the methods I used to acquire, or better, earn them.
1. Brave Ad Rewards

Earning Ad Rewards is simple. Once I downloaded Brave Browser, adjusted settings to view 5 ads every hour and started browsing the internet, the paid ad pop ups started to appear automatically in my screen. And every time I click on an ad, BAT rewards are simply added instantly into my Brave Wallet. Those rewards can later be converted into other cryptocurrencies or cash to be used at my convenience.
Recently the Brave Browser also added a sponsor ad link that credit users once it is clicked on. The sponsor ad is located on the 4th open tap Brave main page on the bottom left side of the page. While earning BAT from Ad views is simple and fun, I soon realized that Brave Browser is way more profitable once I became a publisher. After becoming a publisher I received a referral link for each publishing channel I opened which lead to rewards and I also was able to receive BAT tips directly from my viewers which is a super cool feature as well.
Over time Brave enabled a variety of channels to be open, in which users can sync their sites or social media accounts and become instant Brave Publishers. Here are few channels that allows users to become publishers.
After linking with one of these accounts and becoming a Brave publisher anyone can then refer a friends or other users to Brave.And that is what I been doing! And by doing so I not only get rewarded for referring but also for encouraging viewers to tip content creators directly and support the internet in general.

Another method that I use to gain BAT tokens is by writing and publishing my articles on the Publish0x platform. For me the process is quite simple as I am already creating content on a weekly basis for my personal blog. And for a year I have been trying to re-purposing my articles and making sure they gain more visibility by using additional publishing platforms. Final Note
My Total Combined BAT Earnings in 12 months = 2,028 BATs over the last 12 Months the BAT token price has oscillated from as low as $0.08 USD to $0.36 USD.
I really enjoyed the process of accumulating BAT tokens over the course of one year and hope that my earnings keep increasing as the years pass by. I know that token reward values may decrease with the number of users but do hope that the BAT token value increase as well. My personal opinion is that the BRAVE BROWSER future is bright and in sync with my expectation. That is my personal opinion and of course not investment advice!
