As one true OG  Litecoin   enthusiast, I wanted to test the site, or better, the NFT marketplace  Liteverse.io  since its launch in 2022. At first, I claimed Litecoin Summit collectors NFT. But, for several reasons, the test of minting my first NFT got a bit delayed. But now I finally have the time and the need to make use of it for a larger cause. I am sad I procrastinated a little. As it would have been a great honor to be the first one to give it a try, but given my lack of technical skills to use just code to mint outside of a marketplace, waiting was a great idea since the site is super user-friendly and it's quality has improved considerably. I would say Liteverse.io is ready for the mainstream. Minting on it or acquiring an NFT on the Litecoin network is now a Piece of cake! Mastering Ethereum - Andreas Antopoulos call for translators

Today on Twitter, Andreas Antonopoulos called for multilingual volunteers to join forces and help translate Mastering Ethereum. Silly me, with very little time in my hands, could not help myself and volunteered to translate parts of the book to Portuguese. For me, the calling is so strong that I even started out with a splash, translating few sections in a role. Right after that I quickly got reminded by my husband that I should be planning and packing for our move. Yikes!

Despite the "crazyness" of my daily life, my goal is to dedicate 1 hour on a weekly basis towards translating Mastering Ethereum to Portuguese. I will most certainly share my part of the work with you guys here in the blog, to increase awareness. Hope that my effort can complement the collective. And as a result help book arrive in the hands of many Portuguese speakers sooner rather than later. 

 If you would like to sign up and start translating in your language you can do so here: Mastering Ethereum Translations . The sign up process is easy peasy and anyone can join in and translate sections of the book in several languages. At the moment there is a special call for Spanish translators as there is a shortage of volunteers. 

The work that you, or better we do is free. Yep you heard me, there is no compensation for this job, but if you want you do receive credit for the translation upon request. Here is one of the sections I got to translate today. 



In my opinion the biggest benefit of doing this work is to help the community by disseminating education about open blockchains. Andreas Antonopoulos has done an amazing job writing the books and making them accessible to the masses. The best thing we can do, if we have this skill, is to dedicate some of my personal time spreading the word about a cause I believe in. 

 One way you can help me help this project is by sharing my blog and my work with people that will find this information relevant. Also if you are a project manager you can count on me to disseminate your message in Brazil. Whether you need me to translate, or create some unique articles or PR; I always make sure that the content has great reach within the Brazilian Crypto Community. There is a huge community of Portuguese speakers ready to get informed!
